The face cloths in the room were torn and housekeeping came in and made the bed but did not remove trash. And I was not made aware at booking that I would be charged $26/day to park or I would have chosen elsewhere.

These people transfer me to another hotel because they said it was full. I had to stay at element hotel. A room with kitchen that smells. How it possible that having a reservation they overbook the hotel and transfer people without notification.

Bathroom tub not cleaned well, there was mold. Room needs more free usable outlets. The ones on the nightstand do not keep the plug engaged. Plug slips out and does not charge anything.

The architecture design of the lobby and room is nice. However, when I went to shower after my late night checkout, there was no shower gel. The next day I went out and the room wasn’t cleaned. I wasn’t aware that this hotel does not provide daily room service and there is pushback from management.
