Very convenient for my travel purposes. Clean. Quiet. Don't remember noticing this anyplace before, but the room hallways smelled great! Worked out a few times. Fitness room was above average. Would stay here again.

The staff was excellent. The hotel itself was very nice. My only issue is the parking situation. On Travelocity, there wasn’t any instruction that you needed to go inside to check in or that you could do a virtual check in so you don’t need to pay for parking. As this is not clear, we ended up paying for parking for 2 vehicles plus had an additional parking fee taken out of the incidentals charge.

The Hilton double charged me for parking which should not be a thing even with the gate. Parking should be available to those staying then for free. They should not make a habit of price gouging their guests

Everything was very clean and staff very helpful and super nice (except the lady that has to help when you can’t get out of the parking ) but I have it a 4 because I was not notified nor prepared to pay 33$ a day for parking ! Then ! If u get back late,as we did from the parks… you have to park very far ! Super annoying

Loved this hotel! It's walking distance from Universal Studios and very clean. It also appeared to be newly renovated in some areas. There's a Starbucks and other restaurants onsite. The onsite restaurants were pricier than expected, but the service was excellent! There's also other restaurants in walking distance that have better pricing. There's plenty of parking, but at $33 per day it's seems like a lot. Overall, great experience for me and my family.

I enjoyed this hotel because of how close it was to Universal Studios. The wost part of this stay was how thin the walls were. I could hear everthing happening in the hallways. All employees were nice except for the bellhop who was not very friendly, and seem to not want to be there.
