I am a Wyndham member and my room was ready and I was 2 hrs early and they were going to charge me 25 dollars to check in early. I went to hang out at the pool and it was dirty and too much chemicals in the pool that my swimsuit turned another color. The pool had cracks in it. The elevator was scary to get in and out. It dropped and did not let us out right away so we started walking the stairs and it was 4 floors up. I understand every place we stayed in Florida they charged parking but I do not believe that is right put it in the charge of the room. The bed was great. The sink would not drain correctly and the shower was just old and run down. I was not impressed and I think some remodeling was needed. The entry was very nice. The shuttle to the airport only starting at 5 am. My flight was at 5 am. One of the other hotels it is 24 hrs

There was an issue with my room and the staff went all out to help correct the issue. I was given a new room with a nice view, some discounts for dinner at Roadhouse and when I mentioned I forgot my water bottle for my medication I was given a water bottle free of charge. All the staff members I dealt with from house keeping to front desk were very customer service oriented. I would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately our stay at this hotel was horrible. Two out of the three rooms we tried had pee stain on the blankets, the sheets had black stains on them and the comforters in both rooms were dirty and also had pee stains towards the top of the sheets. Upon asking for another room, the clerk told us if we didn’t like it he would give us a refund but not another room because it wasn’t their fault, it was the cleaning ladies fault whom only speak Spanish and he has no control over it. You would think after two rooms of pee and blanket stains they would refund us our money and comp us for the night but no, all we got were two bottles of water. Elevators are dirty and old, carpets in the rooms stink.Please only stay here if you are desperate.

Linens ripped and torn, room dusty, a piece of soap was provided only sufficient for 2 hand washes, 1oz of shampoo&conditioner provided, shuttle van took forever (old), was able to get on the 3rd one. Staff was great owners that maintain the property should be ashamed of themselves, disgraceful.

I atayed overnight on the way to a cruise. Hotel was close to airport, reasonable clean. The deak clerk waa so nice and ac onodating. Room was surprisingly large and clean. Furniture was nicely placed. Couch was a pull out couch. Enjoyed being in the room and wiah i could have stayed longer. Breakfast was plentifull and area was clean. Shuttlesbtobairport are quite convenient. Hotel also provided for a fee transportation to the port to board ship which was on time although i opted for an UBER. A great choice and I would stay there again when visiting.
