There was a huge generator just outside our window for the food trucks. It was very noisy. The bed made noise every time you moved waking you up. Did not get a very restful night. Bed needs replacing it was not acceptable. Rm 506. Go lay on it on the left side. See what you think. We won’t be back.

Horrible property. Room 310 was dirty. Garbage under the bed, dirt in the corners of the room. Sheets so thin could see the mattress in spots. Comforter was ripped and stuffing coming out. aC unit full of mold. Room smelled musty.. male front desk was condescending towards guests. Pool in horrible shape; most chairs unusable. Bird droppings covering loungers. Will NEVER stay here again.

The room was in good condition. However, the general condition of the hotel is not good. Elevators are basically destroyed and take too much time to take you to your floor. Breakfast was ok but cold. The price is perfect however "you pay what you get".

The hotel staff were lovely but sadly the hotel itself is very tired. Carpets in bedroom and hallways are in poor order and in the room did not feel clean. Decor very tired and hotel would benefit greatly from an upgrade in all areas. Okay for a night but not any longer.

I would have rated this four or five stars because it was clean and quiet and nice….except there was some major LACKS… the pillows were just wretched. I ended up throwing them on the floor and wadding up my jacket and sleeping on it instead. Seriously, the pillows were like limp hard towels. Horrid. There were NO wash rags to wash with and just shampoo, no soap. One SINGLE cup. No trash can???? The WiFi didn’t work either. Sigh. 2.5 stars for the lack of sleep I got.

Went ok. Wish They allowed early check in without charging extra (like some of the bigger chains). Room was very basic. Free breakfast had eggs, sausage & waffles. Elevator walls could use some cleaning. Water temp in the shower was tied to the pressure - you need to turn it all the way to get the hot water. We stayed one night just to wait for our flight the next day so its ok. But i would pick a more comfortable hotel for a longer stay.

Worst check in ever, with the Manager and receptionist (same person) , do not give to me and my family a early check-in, even at noon. I had to wait until 3pm and the hotel canceled my reservation. I had to call hotels.com to get another reservation .
