it is more "motel" like so you have people walking by your room able to look in if you don't close your curtains. rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.

Overall my stay was good, well stocked little shop, very helpful staff. Rooms are a little tired but clean, everything worked, plenty of room also. Thin walls though and unruly kids running up and down the walkways at 0115 every morning. Not the fault of the hotel obviously just the ignorance of others.

I can’t say enough about how amazing the property and staff were. I had a terrible day after driving 20hrs from the Midwest to Orlando for a youth sporting event. The first property I booked (separate brand) was roach infested. They offered me other rooms but reaches, bed bugs, fleas are always a hard no for me. Anywho that property refused to refund. Charged My bank twice for the stay and pet deposit. It caused issues with by bank, causing a freeze on my debit card late at night. Gerald and his supervisor were so kind and patient while I tried to book a room with them post crash out, and while I had my husband send another form of payment. While I looked like a crazed, sweaty, complete with dried running mascara mess. Gerald , his supervisor and the young lady who finished my check in treated me no different during this embarrassing situation. For being pet friendly, this is the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean fresh, up to date. Complementary breakfast was amazing! If I could give 100/5 stars I would!

I arrived to the location to check in at 2am in the morning being that my flight was late. The man at the front desk checked me in and informed me of my room never informed me that one side of the property are the negative numbers and the the other half are the even numbers . so I am walking around trying to follow a map that was given to me to find my room. I call back to the front desk and he was no help at all just informed me that one side was negative and one side was positive. I get in my room to shower and there was hair in the tub. could not have been my hair because I have braids long braids. I heard people talking and singing the entire morning I shall say because I checked in at 2am the carpet need to be cleaned. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked the location, liked the little store - had a lot of what we needed. The bar, arcade room , gift shop and breakfast room were of great convenience. Wished they had a hot tub and the rooms were more updated. The lighting in the rooms was dull and a bit dark, especially when putting makeup on in the bathroom. Overall, I would stay there again but it could be much nicer

I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast or restaurants, so I can’t comment on those. The room appeared tidy at first, but unfortunately the mattresses and covers were dirty, which was disappointing. Housekeeping did bring fresh linens when requested, and I had to scrub the mattress myself to clean it.(lightly, it wasnt as bad to go crazy but enough that it was needed) The bathtub drained very slowly and filled up while showering, which was inconvenient. On the plus side, I really liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. I do wish someone had explained what amenities were included at check-in. That said, one staff member kindly moved us closer to the event we were attending, which I appreciated. I really loved the views from the building I stayed in, they were a highlight of my stay. The location was great, right in the middle of everything, so there were plenty of entertainment options nearby. The pools were nice and well-maintained, and everything in that area was clean. The staff were attentive and on top of things, which made the experience even better. The microwave worked well and was a convenient addition to the room. The mini fridge in the room wasn’t very strong and didn’t keep items as cold as expected. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable. I would recommend this place and would stay here again. **btw, the busses are not free even tho it says it on the gps or online**
