The place gets the job done but it definitely wasn't the cleanest room I've ever stayed in to begin with. Even odder, despite "daily housekeeping" being listed as an amenity, housekeeping skipped over my room all four nights of my stay. I mentioned this to the front desk when I had to go get fresh towels and toilet paper, but the man working the desk literally did not give a response other than to hand me some towels and toilet paper. I DID see housekeeping out and about in the hallways throughout my stay, but they never visited my room. I've never encountered this before at a hotel other than when it's a policy that they visit every other day or if someone is staying for more than 2 days or so.
Also, as an aside, I had a payment issue during check-in where I had to step away for a second midway through the process, and the first man helping me went to hand me a complimentary bag with what looked like water bottles and maybe some other things. I didn't take the bag from the desk since I hadn't finished checking in, but when I continued the process with the other man working the front desk, I was not given a bag. Inconsistency seems to be an overall issue at this location.
