When I walked in my room there was a note that said the light at the bed was not working which in reality was fine. My only complaint is that Thursday and Friday the people in the next room were constantly in and out of their room and the door slammed every time it was like they had 20 ppl staying in there and then Monday at 6am the people above my room where extremely loud like they were bowling or something and woke me up. I did let the hotel know and they said they were sending security up there and it was quiet after that. Otherwise I loved my room the pool area the food it was great !!

the room and transportation to Universal were very good, but the restaurant was a mess. Prices were crazy for food that wasn't very good. The line at Starbucks in the morning was again. Coffee in the room wasn't drinkable

Perfect choice for our bucket list trip!
This was an absolutely perfect choice for our trip! My adult daughter has wanted to go to "Harry Potter World" for many years so I wanted to do this one-time trip right. Katherine at the front desk was so welcoming and wonderful, starting off our stay on such a nice note including early check-in to a free upgrade to the wonderful 2 room, 3-bed suite for my adult son, daughter, and myself. The heated pool was great, the food at the little cafe was great, it was quiet, and the shuttle service was quick and reliable all day long. We utilized the early park entry to get short lines to the two most popular rides on the Islands of Adventure side of the park. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We really loved this place and it was worth it for the lifetime memories of this trip. Bonus: There is a 24-hour Walgreens right across the street that has groceries and beer and wine and we went several times!
