Really enjoyed staying here we were upgraded from one bedroom to two bedroom the water pressure could be better on the third floor but overall it was a very nice place

My entire family was treated with respect as soon as we walked in the door. The room was amazingly clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped. We really felt at home. Pool was great and close enough to just about everything within a 15 minute drive. I recommend this property to everyone. You will enjoy your stay.

Quiet,Clean,Peaceful!

I was so reluctant to stay at this site because of the bad reviews. Westgate would not issue a refund because of the reason I wanted to cancel. The young Lady at the counter when I checked in knew that it was my 25th Anniversary and how anxious I was about the reviews - she upgraded my room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa- this place was amazing! Clean, Quiet, and Peaceful. I’m so glad I pushed pass the horrible reviews. Thanks for making our 25th wedding anniversary memorable!

Westgate leisure orlando

Motel is too far away from any conveniences, and too far back off road..was hard to get can service. When we stayed resort was pretty much empty except for us, so snack bar, and firepit did not open. Resort charged for in room coffee for coffee makers. No close by restaurants, and nothing in walking distance. Wi-Fi in room did not work. Resort itself was beautifully landscaped, just disappointed in location and amenities. Staff was friendly.

staff does not answer phone and run down areas all over

Cons: No free Internet, Noisy
this place is okay but needs a little care. rooms are needing fixing up of a lot of broken things and hot water in the a.m. is awful, takes a half hour of running to get hot. front desk only answers phone on occasion. internet costs 9.99 a day but never works after you pay, always fixing it. walls are very thin can hear neighbors talking

The public transportation is good. But not very convenient to go to Universal Studio

Pros: Quiet
No wifi in room. Only free wifi area. no restaurant in walking distance. Other things is perfect for me.
