We had a wonderful stay at Westgate Palace Resort with our family. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. The location is fantastic — just a short, easy drive to Universal Studios and close to plenty of great dining options. The convenience made everything stress-free, especially with kids. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, and relatively clean. The only thing that I'd like to see improve is options and availability of food options. We tried to order some food while enjoying the pool in the evening, but they ran out of pizzas. There's barely anything available to eat for breakfast. Overall I would still recommend this hotel since it has option with 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, so it's perfect for a family.

Absolutely beautiful and clean facility. The pool is heated so it was perfect for fall weather. I loved that availability was open even though we arrived too early for check in. The room was amazing!!!!! We slept so comfortable. The tiny little detail I would upgrade is to have plugs for chargers in each room. There were plenty of plugs just none in one of the bedrooms. We will definitely be back here! We loved it!

The staff were accommodating and let us check in early which made our first day smoother. The room was clean, not immaculate but clean, and you're the cleaner during the stay. I was charged $17 for a dish sponge and laundry pod which we used so be aware when using items to clean. Overall, it was good for the price I paid.

Fantastic property would stay there again. The elevators, hallways, and room could use a bit of a refresh. Only three or four elevators were working in tower B. The hallway ceilings where the popcorn style drop ceiling tiles. The room was nice; the couch was dated with patches and sun in, the dishes were from the 80s, the caulking in the bathrooms could use a refresh, but the rooms were quite clean and that was refreshing. Despite these comments, we would stay there again – it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
