The toilet was bad. It wasn't clogged, it just didn't have a strong flush. It can flush solid waste but very slow and weak. Could take multiple flushes. Toilet paper and anything light just floated and will never make it past the pipes as the water drained. The door to our room was not secure. Even without a keycard, I can push the door open. I asked my partner to lock the door from the inside but I can still open the door without the keycard. The only thing that worked was the metal safety tab we can flip but that only works if we are in the room. I did speak to the reception desk. The staff were friendly but they had no rooms available for a change. The staff said they can get maintenence to take a look at it later and if it's not fixed, we can request a room. We came back very late and it was not fixed...I pushed open the door without a keycard as usual. Nothing was fixed or worked on.

When we checked in and got to our room the room was not made and very dirty, we then had to go back to the lobby to get another room. The next room smelt like cigarettes and cleaning solutions. Overall it’s fine for a short stay but I would not look forward to relaxing after a long day at a park or pool day at this hotel.

The staff and mainly Diamond at the front desk and Ricardo the manager. They went beyond the call of duty to help me since I had mishandled my reservation.

The staff was amazing with dealing w my refund the fact that I needed the refund because the hotel was a complete disaster and nothing they showed on their online websites. The first room they put me in was like a motel and had a mold smell in the air. The second room they put me in was I guess for the more rich people, but I still woke up in that room to my room being flooded and so did many others.

Took forever to check in, paid for KING bed was placed in 2 QUEENS, to tired to complain. LONG LINES for food, inconvenient to say the last! Should have breakfast included for all that! However, Pool area is beautiful! Derrick the bartender was amazing and the food we did order was good too!
