Amenities were average at best. The room was dark and dated - but clean - so it was fine. Property could use updating but the staff was always very nice and helpful - and the crowd was chill - all families and older folk. Wouldn’t stay again but if you don’t care about amenities- it’s an affordable option.

The staff kept my credit card during check-in for about 30 minutes which was suspicious. Later after check out the resort has charged (unauthorized) a large amount of money extra.

The room smelled like mildew when you walk into the main bedroom. There was old underwear left behind the nightstand by the bed. The floor has not been mopped in quite a while as my grandson had black feet from the room. Multiple lights were burnt out and took over an hour to have replaced. The shower had black mold or mildew along the cracks and the toilet broke which I fixed myself. The stove was broken on the bottom and the rooms lacked upkeep. Unless your a timeshare owner here don’t expect a lot place has gone down hill and this use to be our favorite resort to stay at in Orlando. I have pictures to prove the claims hopefully I can attach to rating. They push the timeshare tour so I unplugged the phone and blocked their calls. The pool was the nicest area and not too crowded with pleasant water temps. I will spend a little more next time and go to Marriott due to cleanliness issues with rooms. If you’re going to spend upwards of 2k for the stay go to another resort that actually upkeeps the rooms. Very disappointed in this accommodation and will not be returning to The Fountains in the future.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a full kitchen, which made it easy to enjoy meals in when we wanted. The beds were comfortable, and the overall layout was perfect for families.

I booked a Friday - Sunday Stay, however I arrived ( and called 12 hours prior ) that we would be arriving late ( driving through the night ) only to be told my room was not ready early Saturday morning. When a room was found it was SWARMING with small insects. We left to get a bite to eat only to come back to the door half open and a pot on the counter. The room was outdated and just very underwhelming. I have been to the resort 7 times over the last 9 years.
