I was traveling to Massachusetts to attend funeral services for a family member. When I checked in I informed the greeter that I need to be at the airport at 5:45 am. She suggested the 5:30 shuttle. I put my name on the sign up sheet. When I got to the room I called down to the front desk and requested a 5:00 am wake up call. The following morning I was awakened at 5:20 AM he informed me of my 5:30 shuttle. I gathered my things and ran down stairs. I entered the lobby at 5:25 and was informed the shuttle had already left. I ended up taking the 6:00 AM shuttle and running through the airport I made it to my flight as the doors were closing. The General Manger did reach out to me and was very kind and sympathetic to the problems I encountered both with my wake up call and the shuttle leaving early. Very professional! My concern is with the wake up call and not having the shuttle wait until 5:30. Other than that the hotel was wonderful.

The staff was courteous, but there were a couple of issues with the room, including the fact that the toilet was not bolted to the floor, so every time I got up from it, it rocked a little. Two lights in the room had burned out bulbs which I reported the first night, but they were not replaced during my 3 night stay. The temperature/ventilation was adequate and the shower was clean and spacious.

Not sure what’s the issue with communication but this property lacked in communication. Everything was just ok. Nothing that would make me book again. I was annoyed by the charge of dinner and the fact that I even paid for a cup of water.

The airport shuttle driver was a very aggressive driver and on the way to the hotel I was afraid we'd hit another car's rearend frequently. The actual hotel was lovely and convenientlt located next to a 711 gas station, Action Car Rental and a McDonald's
