People and service nice. Cost of breakfast offered not worth it, should be free. Too much construction a lot of noices and debris. Should of had accomiations away from construction we had work going on in the room next door and it was noisy all day long.

They placed me at a room and construction work was occuring next door to get room and I had to cancel my meetings, also could no sleep. No room cleaning, always had to ask for soap and toilet paper. Even after that they still charged me for collecting packages

The Sono Hotel on International Drive (it’s more of a motel) is a good value for short stays. I’d recommend it if you’re in town for a night or two. After four nights, though, its limitations became clear. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had to switch rooms on arrival due to issues with the AC, TV, and door. The second room also had AC trouble. Staff offered to move us again, but I asked if it could be repaired instead. They fixed it, and we stayed the full four nights. Still, I expect more attention to detail when I prepay for a multi-night stay. Either we were unlucky, or many rooms have similar small issues. It's inconvenient to move all your things more than once. Also worth noting: this is one of those hotels that hits you with an extra “resort fee” at check-in—$10 per night—even if you prepaid. It wasn’t listed on their site or on Travelocity. I come to Orlando often, and this kind of surprise charge feels shady and inconsiderate, especially for families on a tight budget. I’ve filed a pricing dispute with Travelocity. Overall, I wouldn’t return for a long stay, but I’d consider it again for a last-minute overnight after an event.

I had a great stay! The room was pretty clean—I didn’t run into any cleanliness issues at all. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The pool area was calm and relaxing, although the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool, which was a little disappointing. Both the ice machine and vending machine were out of service during my stay, but everything else made up for it. The location is amazing—walkable to lots of restaurants and attractions. Plus, free and easy parking is always a bonus! I didn’t try any food options on-site, but the bed was comfortable and I slept well. 10/10 would definitely come back!

The room smelled musty, likely from mold. Paint peeling off ceilings from water leaks. Fridge is rusty. Room is dirty. AC is noisy and leaks outside from every unit. They are doing construction on some of the rooms right now so it’s a mess outside, very noisy as well. Pillows are small. The only good things are how big the bathroom is and the bed was clean & comfy.

This place needs some serious maintenance, building really have so many areas that are broken, with mold, even rooms that have mattresses in the windows to cover them. Picture in the advertisement is one thing, and reality totally different. Sad, that we trust what is in the booking company, and arrived to a hotel that is so in need of repairs and low level.

The room is good but quite old. The staff are very accommodating and nice. They are also trustworthy because my husband forget his watch but after 4 days we still get it. Thank you so much! It really means a lot to us. The location of the place as well is near everything. The pool is great as well.

Great hotel

The property is newly renovated with clean, new rooms equipped with fridge and microwave. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool. My complaint isn't with the hotel, it's with Hotels.com, who by law is to advise of resort fees. Additionally, booking clearly states the price includes all taxes and fees. Therefore, it came as a surprise to be charged a resort fee upon check in. I will certainly think twice before booking again with Hotels.com.
