Very nice property in a convenient location in Lake Nona. Not happy about paying a third-party company $10 for the “privilege” of parking in the hotel parking lot, however.

Only thing I wasn't told I had too pay was parking. Because when I booked on the site it stated that there were free parking. But the hotel charge me 10.00 a day for each day I stay there.

Staff was courteous - helped when we accidentally put the wrong license plate for parking lot fee. Hotel was very clean, as was our room. Morning breakfast was well stocked and prepared perfectly. Very pleased with visit.

This hotel needs serious attention. Our room was filthy - hair all over the bathroom, dirty toilet, stained shower curtain. The carpeting had two big stains right in the middle of the room. The towels were thin and all of them were stained. Very poor condition especially for the price. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel 1 star was because the lobby was nice and the staff was friendly. Will never be back and would advise you not to waste your money here.
