Got lost trying to find our room. Only a few of the hot tubs were working. Roaches by the lazy river. Water pressure was amazing. We were on the 6th floor and didn’t have any noise issues. There wasn’t anyone to help us checkout but seen a box for express checkout where we drop our cards in a box and go. I had to call and ask for confirmation of our checkout and got an email about 12.5 hours after leaving the hotel.
