The home was ok. We stayed in the 6 bedroom Gamer/Theater Estate. Check in was super easy and smooth! Which I loved! They also emailed a bunch of information ahead of time so we had a lot of answers that we would have needed. Upon entering our house we did notice that the marble coffee table was broken in half, and there were minor other issues/cleaning that we noticed and did make note of to the team. We also had an issue with the downstairs TVs in the living area and bedroom not being able to connect so we were unable to use those until day 2. There was also no power in the bedroom downstairs to plug things in to but we didn't check the rest of the house so who knows. The decor wasn't my style and again, nothing wrong with it, just not very calming/vactiony. We knew the amenities were not up and running yet and we had intentions of coming back when they were but after this stay, we probably wouldn't choose this property again. (Check out evermore, their homes were much more usable in my opinion). We did heat the pool/spa. We didn't expect it to get too warm as we stayed here on a very cold week in Florida but on the one warner day, the spa did feel like it got up to temp so that was nice! Other than the few issues (TVs, Power, broken itmes etc) the location is great and the house had some fun amenities!

My living room tv and the game room tv gave me a hard time working, I eventually just connected my hotspot to get them to work. The thing that annoyed me the most was I bought a bunch of food to freeze and cook. When I went into the freezer everything was thawed out and no longer useable so I wasted a bunch of money on food for no reason. The freezer definitely needs to be fixed.

The only thing I don’t like about the property was we had nine bedrooms and my family was coming from all over the state so everyone drove, And they only wanted to provide us with two parking passes, but after talking to them, and explaining they finally gave us more parking passes

Property was overall very nice! Everything was clean and beds very comfortable. The only issue was the electrical outlets in the bathrooms did not work. Also, property is about 25 minutes from Disney parks so keep that in mind if you are planning a Disney park day.

Overall the property was great I can’t wait to come back once it’s complete. Only a few things 1.) pool was not hot enough barely luke warm even after maintenance came to check. 2.) floors are nice but stairs were very slippery 3.) I would recommend a bench or two in shuttle areas and a broom in the kitchen area.
