This was a great stay for me and my family . There was plenty of room. The kids loved it and were well occupied. The kids loved the themed rooms and arcade in the house . Few things I wasn’t to happy about especially since I paid a good amount of money for this house rental is they charge you extra to heat the jacuzzi and pool. They also charge you extra to use the grill. There was a few things missing like pot holders so I had to tell a family member to bring because I had to use my nephews t shirt to take out something I had in the oven. Our double toaster only had one working side but no biggie. We did have an issue with one of the toilets however they came super fast and fixed it. The water park/slides , pool and lazy river was nice and definitely a plus. One thing I did not like is how the food/ bar at pool area automatically charges you a gratuity to your bill. I waited so long to place an order and felt the server did not deserve a 18% tip when he didn’t do anything special except pour me a drink that I had to wait too long for and it wasn’t busy. They offer a shuttle to some parks for free which I thought was great however the times were not reasonable but it’s free so can’t really complain I guess. We drove ourselves because the times didn’t work for us. Other then that I would definitely go back! Staff that was around property were friendly and everything was clean.

This was one of the coolest places we have stayed. An entire neighborhood of townhouses with so much room for less than staying on property at a resort. Made everything so easy. HUGE washer and dryer. Pool for each townhome. Seriously, if you are going to one of the parks then I think you have to check this out

We had a great time! Our townhome had a new smell and was very clean. The waterpark and pool area was clean and the lifeguards were personable. I would like to recommend that every lifeguard have an umbrella to shield the hot sun and a proper and safe chair to sit when needed. I would like to see the enforcement of a speed limit through the resort as there were too many cars speeding down the small streets putting families at risk. We will most def be staying with you again. We were very happy and comfortable.❤️

All of Villatel Orlando was wonderful. We felt so safe and looked after with the guarded gates. All of the property was gorgeous and manicured. Our unit was immaculate and the beds insanely comfortable. Every person we interacted with was kind and informative. 10/10 would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Homes are nice and water park is fun. There are ants everywhere small sugar ants in the home and red ants all over the place near the seating for the waterpark. Also do not buy food/drinks at the on site restaurant, as the workers there added over 33% gratuity when swiping our card without approval and did this to other guests as well.

Family of 5 (4A,1C) stayed in a 4 bed villa and it was great. They are exactly as pictured on the website - although the pool area tiling makes it look a little grubby. The gym was great - the only niggle being that the lights are on a motion sensor that doesnt cover the treadmills so be prepared to workout in the dark. The main issue with the property relates to the pool area - not the actual amenities but the opening times & closures. We were there the last 2 weeks of august 2025 and - the pool deck didnt open until 9am (the slides & lazy river dont open until 10) - that meant that you couldnt even sit on a sunbed until 9am as there were no lifeguards on duty. apparently this is because you could have an accident. This feels entirely unnecessary and was really disappointing as i was often up and about before 8 and couldnt sit down and enjoy the morning sunshine - the music round the pool was loud & at times inappropriate for children - whenever there was any lightning within 6 miles of the hotel they closed the pool area and made you leave & either go to the bar area (far too small for the number of people around the pool) or leave. if you went to the bar area they then had excessively loud entertainment - quizzes and music that made it impossible to have a conversation. This happened to us every day that we were by the pool. I understand health & safety etc. but these policies are unhelpful & excessive

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful stay at Villatel Resort! Our 4-bedroom villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was right there—from spacious rooms to top-notch amenities that made us feel right at home. Our son especially loved the kids’ room and had the best time playing video games with Dad and the family. The resort pool and grounds were just as clean and comfortable as the villa itself, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and always accommodating. Another huge plus was the location—Epic Universe was only about 15 minutes away, making it super convenient for our family adventures. We absolutely plan to return, and next time we’ll bring more family along and choose a larger villa so everyone can experience it together. Villatel truly exceeded our expectations!
