DO NOT STAY HERE. I will start with the pros: the room did look nice, and it is as pictured online. The pros end there. CONS: The shower door does not completely close and the floor gets drenched. I had to fold a washcloth enough times to shove in the gap to keep it closed and that barely worked. The shower was visibly dirty when we arrived, the walls had marks on them and the bed had loose bits of stuff on it, like the sheets were washed with something dirty. The TV only had Youtube and the volume did not work at all, when asked the woman (who was very kind) at the front desk said they were all broken in every room. Overall, I will not be back. They are still actively renovating and putting stuff up, and it was an overall bad experience. They should have finished all renovations before opening. I did not eat the breakfast, but I cannot imagine it would have been good.

No cable to watch tv. No bedside lights. No built in chargers in room. No hot water in bathroom sink. No continental breakfast but may purchase breakfast buffet for 12.99. Was not told at check in there was no cable. Asked for a room change and was told by the front desk clerk the only difference it would make to switch rooms was the bedside lights would work. No cable in any of the rooms. Asked to speak to a manager.. as I booked through Expedia and there was not one available until the next am so we were stuck staying the night as we booked 2 nights tried to call the hotel from outside line as there are NO PHONES in the rooms either and was put on hold listening to music for about 3 mins then went to the voice mail and the mailbox was FULL. Tv remote did not work to even try to mirror a tv show. The key card didn’t work in The back door so had to walk around the building to get in late at night. Not good lighting in the parking lot at night. Not to mention it’s very noisy from all the stop and go traffic on international drive and I 4 behind you. Also the pillows suck and the beds were only semi comfortable. I did end up speaking to a manager the following morning and she did end up giving us 50% off of our stay which was basically we only paid for one night however it didn’t make up for all the inconveniences listed in this review.i won’t be staying at this hotel EVER again. Trust me on this one!!!!!!

This places is great for a couple day stay! staff is super friendly and very helpful, hotel rooms are clean and tidied and the pool super clean and refreshing. Only thing id complain about is the food is pretty expensive for continental breakfast and was not good at all. I didnt know eggs could be stale Aside from that awesome place!

The hotel is nearly renovated and looks nice, however they are still in process and thing are still in need of updating. My tv didn’t work in any capacity and the Wi-Fi was pretty slow to where I couldn’t do work emails or steam video. Pretty disappointed with my stay overall. When I expressed my experience/feelings to the front desk I was offered free breakfast. Can’t say I’m satisfied with their resolution.

It was exceptionally clean. Only issue.....TVs in all the rooms weren't working. Im guessing due to being newly renovated and just hadnt got to the cable hook up. Either way very friendly staff. Waived the early check in. Room was spotless and very comfortable
