This hotel was nice and clean with newly renovated rooms. Our room was comfortable. The staff accommodated our booking switch up (canceled for the wrong week and let us rebook the right week without any extra charges). The agent at the front desk was very patient when attending to rude guests. I saw her manage late night check-ins and impatient people being rude. She kept an even tone and helped them the best she could. Overall our stay here was easy and parking was not an issue. They also don't charge parking fees which is great.

The front desk attendants & security were helpful.The lobby design, furniture & room were modern & clean. Currently there is no charge for parking and there is adequate parking even for vans or larger vehicles. But we were not told until after paying and check-in at the location that there were no elevators. We were on the second floor and had to carry all of our luggage up and down the stairs. After we paid a non-refundable rate for a room, we received an email that the pool & Restaurant were under renovation. The TVs & phones did not work in any of the rooms. We were told that they weren’t working yet and were under the same carrier. The website as well as the booking site says the location is newly renovated. I feel that that should be upgraded to under renovation. If we had been made aware of the lack of certain amenities, we may have reconsidered booking or at least been better prepared. Not having a pool is one thing but not having a work in television in a room when you have children and traveling can be difficult.

The hotel room was immaculate and had undergone a recent renovation. However, the room lacked essential amenities such as internet access, a television, and an iron. Upon inquiring with the staff, they informed us that the cable and internet connections were still pending. Additionally, the hotel did not provide an iron, indicating a lack of basic conveniences.

The rooms are renovated, and the bathrooms are beautiful. But what we want to highlight is the amazing customer service we received from the housekeeping staff and front desk to the management. We are absolutely delighted!

My only issue was the back door was rigged to stay opn and had tape all over it so the staff had to know. That was a safety concern. From there, anyone could have access to all the rooms.

Check-in was quick. Clerk was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean plenty of towels and very spacious. There was new microwave, mini fridge and safe. Unfortunately All the reviews I read after I booked were accurate. I kept the reservation, since they are newly renovated it wasn't an issue. There was still no iron/board, blow dryer, or coffee maker. Not a problem since I was their only for two nights. The location was on point surrounded by local restaurants and close to parks. All around pleasant stay. My family and I were very happy and that's all that counts.

The hotel's building itself doesn't look like much on the outside but don't be fooled. It's brand new on the inside and is very clean and nicely done. For being a basic, value hotel, I was impressed compared to some of the other hotels in the I-Drive area -- and I've stayed at many of them. We only needed the room for one night but it was a super comfortable, clean, nicely sized room. Nice bed, nice shower and bathroom. We had literally no view, but that's not what we were there for. We'd go back for a night or two without hesitation.
