1 star — would not stay here again. This was one of the most poorly run hotel experiences I’ve had. No elevators, no working room phones anywhere on the property, WiFi didn’t work, and the TVs were non-functional. Housekeeping is basically nonexistent, they only clean every 3 days (which you’re not clearly told upfront), and even then nothing is consistent. We had to ask for towels, trash wasn’t taken out, and basic upkeep just didn’t happen. The hotel is clearly understaffed. The front desk clerk was running back and forth delivering items to rooms, which explains the slow service, but that’s not an excuse for the lack of basic operations. One of our rooms had no power on half the room. After being moved, the second room also had multiple issues. At that point, it’s obvious this isn’t a one-off problem, it’s how the property is run. Breakfast costs extra and is absolutely not worth it. This place needs serious management and operational fixes. Until then, save your money and stay somewhere else.

Booked this property at the very last minute. Photos looked good. We gave it a try for a two night stay. Upon arriving to check in lobby was clean and very bright. One attendant for the hotel check in desk. The check in desk is too modern, in my opinion. No Privacy between hotel guest when checking in/out. After checking in the hotel desk attendant asked if I needed help with our suitcases. I declined, then she went on to say there are NO ELEVATORS! We didn’t feel it was easy to access the rooms with only 2 access stairways. I wished we would have known this prior to booking. Also, the phone & TV didn’t work! The room was very clean & A/C worked great. I tried to call the front desk for an iron that’s when we found out nothing was working. The window seals were broken. The renovation of this old hotel was not completed to the fullest. Lots needs to be done. However, the pool was very nice, but too cold and windy to use. Parking lot needs work and exposed pvc pipes and ditches. Someone could get hurt if they weren’t paying attention. I have to say we had comfortable beds and very nice bedding for a good night sleep. B & B you need a few more staff members and finish up the renovation w/windows and doors, and provide an elevator and make sure your TV and phones work. I give this place a. 6 out of 10.

I didn't give 5 stars for 2 reasons. One, the TV didn't work unless you logged into your apps. I just wanted to watch local channels and couldn't. Second, the shower wasn't properly cleaned as there was green soap residue maybe from a previous stay. Over all, if those 2 things were good, I would have absolutely given 5 stars

The check in took long time had three waiting to check in and was having problems verifying a persons reservation. Had two check in computers but only used one even though another staff was sitting in an office in the back. We requested a room with two beds but found out they were all on second floor had no elevator and since we were handicapped would not work. They moved us downstairs to a one bed. Found out they have no cable tv only can steam from your own device. Asked to cancel the next day as they did not meet our needs they said ok. Upon check out they said they were not going to cancel the next day we had to pay. Whatever just wish they wouldn’t have lied to began with. The place was updated and rooms were ok. It’s close to universal. Based on our treatment will not stay again and not recommend it.

The place didn't have the elevators so we had to ask to the staff to lift our luggages. the room was okay and the hottle lobby's little store provided some snacks, so we were able to buy some stuff in the midnight. although the street i saw through the window looked dangerous. the major problem occured at the last minuate. at the last day, we left some shopping bags to the counter due to our schedule and received the storage tickets. when we were about to leave to the airport, we handed over all the tickets and departed with our shopping bags. however after arriving at the airport, we realized two bags were missing and i had to return to the hotel by cab again. it was almost a nightmare. most of the staffs were kind, but hope they could double check :( I had to pay additional 50 dollars for the cab. i really wanted to point this out and request some compensation when i came back to the hotel, but i was running out of time at that moment :(

Found out at check in there was no cable, WiFi was non existent. But then found out, our room didn’t have a door on the bathroom… so no privacy when using the bathroom, you also can’t use the fridge (very tiny) or coffee pot if someone is in the bathroom as it’s right outside the bathroom… There is also not enough parking for the amount of rooms you have. It was very clean and the staff very nice..
