Rooms are good, spacious and clean. Very convenient location to walk to and from the Convention Center. My only complaint is the food. Breakfast options are super limited, reduced to a ready to eat “meals” or a diner type “restaurant “ with very limited and not in the best quality food. Same for lunch. The only good restaurant is Fiorenzo, but it’s only for dinner. I would expect better food service and quality for this hotel. Other that that staff was great and super friendly.

We had a shower faucet that could not hold a steady temperature. It went from boiling to freezing every 10-15 seconds. Weird. Also the restaurants were only ok for the prices. Super noisy though. Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t care much for the $175 fee they added onto our bill.
