The hotel overall was pretty basic and not terrible. We were there for work so we actively tried to stay away from theme park areas. The actual lobby and gym and the general public areas were good and seemed clean. The rooms however were not good. We initially asked for “the fitness room” which was a terrible idea. It smelled like funk sweat. We asked for a change and the girl was super nice and changed the room for us. The second room, was “ok” and definitely not terrible however needs some attention. There was a roach in the bathroom and the rugs need to be cleaned. The best thing about the hotel is the staff and common areas.

A nice little stay!

The pick up was a little delayed- but it was 1:30 am. But other than trying to find the pick up spot, everything else was easy! Check in was easy and you can never go wrong with warm cookies—especially when they give you extra!

Close to the airport with dining options. You could hear everything going on in the hall, our floor was not very quiet. Overall, it was a good stay. The Valet and shuttle driver were super helpful.

Check in was very smooth. The front desk employee was so nice and friendly. They moved us up to the top floor overlooking the pool. The room was very clean!! The only thing I would ask if they could clean the outside windows. They were quite dirty. I had to print out several forms for our flight the next morning. Again the front desk was so helpful and efficient. And not to forget, they provided warm cookies at check in. Always a major plus in my book. Will definitely stay at the Double Tree next time we are in town.
