We loved having a rescue dog in the lobby and we did consider the possibility of adopting but ultimately decided against it. The hotel was clean and well stocked with amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, all of whom we encountered. We did suggest that the room have 2 soft chairs to sit in and the doors were spring loaded and heavy so they would slam. We did enjoy the stay and we will definitely book at ALoft in the future.

Staff was not helpful. Didn't have hot water in the am shower. The front desk person basically said because I booked through Travelocity. Nothing could be done!
