Amazing place. From check in to check out. Clean hotel. Beautiful clean rooms. Clean pool area. Looked too good to be true online but when we got there WOW. Front desk was so polite and helpful with check in, with assisting us on how to use their in house barbecue.The pool was absolutely clean and beautiful and daily breakfast was a delicious bonus. The shower leaked out on the floor which caused a flood in the room, the shower head was old and also had a very bad leak. There was no working lights in the room 330 where the beds were located.

If you’re looking for a very straightforward stay in Orlando this is it. We came as a family to spend a few days at Disney World and this hotel definitely met our expectations. Free shuttle, complimentary breakfast and the game room in the lobby were all great. The shuttle stops at multiple hotels, but the first stop is at this hotel. We had a view of the pool and it was a quiet stay, as I was expecting a lot of noise.

Don’t waste your time.

Door locks didn’t work. Had to have someone let us in the room everytime. Had to call the desk multiple times and then finally go down and get someone to let us in at 11pm with tired children. Ants all in the bathroom. They offered to credit back 20% of the stay and now acting like they don’t remember that. Will not stay again.
