The people were very friendly who worked at the resort. Sadly, I pre-checked in early with no issued, but when I came back to check in at the proper time, it was atrocious. We waited for over 30 minutes, longer than rides at universal. In addition, the room was clean, but the tub was not in the drain was also completely clogged. The property of itself was very nice. The only other thing to know was that we had a hot tub view from our back deck on the ground level. Other guests were playing loud music at late hours and partying in the hot tub, this continued for a long time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Couch in room looked a little dirty. Paint on patio floor was chipping and ended up all throughout the room. The toiletries provided were really nice. Grounds are absolutely beautiful. Would stay here again.

The ventilation in the room was poor. There were parking charges even though there is ample parking and this was not disclosed prior to stay. Really when they tag on all these fees it's such poor treatment for the consumer.

I booked this hotel reservation 3 weeks in advance. I show up to the hotel and the only 2 options were to either be on the ground level with balcony or 8th floor where they have construction going on. So I chose ground floor level. When coming to the room i noticed that there was no balcony and a patio instead. My reservation was already paid in advance the shower water took an hour to warm up to get hot.

The staff was fabulous. Everyone was so pleasant. The studio apt. Was very clean and well stocked with towels and supplies.

The parking fee assessed was significantly overpriced (over 30 dollars per night for uncovered parking some distance from the hotel room). Obviously this is a source of revenue and not value added service. The room was unremarkable. Daily cleaning is not included when you stay fewer than three nights.
