Great place for families with small children. Dining left something to be desired small portions , not great breakfast.If you have a full kitchen we rain to Publix close by for some grocery shopping and it was perfect kitchen to make meals in. Also, restaurants close by to dine at.

place is amazing for children, villas are good, well equipped, my main issue was being denied a 30 minute late checkout, which is 10am so I asked for a 10:30 as I had some issues with one of the kids to get her ready. Never happened before anywhere that they don't concede even 15 min, especially when check in is so late.

Wonderful stay! We will definitely be here again. This hotel has it dialed in with the kids activities and the pools were amazing. We stayed in a two bedroom Villa that was spacious and very clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever had.

We LOVED the kids activities and the pools. We did not know they were villas/condo type rooms but we appreciated the fact that they were spacious and we had the chance to bring food in and save a little money. Kids loved the hotel in general. Staff is hit and miss, everyone is generally rude or invisible, pool’s area staff is inexistent. At the lobby, staff treat you really well always with the exception of the people who try and try to sell you time shares.

So I am very picky about where I stay and this is not a 5 star but I was very happy with my choice. I think it could have been cleaner wide down door handles and cabinets in kitchen but I am very picky. This is a great place for kids anyone under the age of 12/13. Lots of activities to occupy the little ones
