Water temperature turn all the way up as barely hot in room. The handle in the main bedroom’s bathroom kept falling off for the tub/shower. Door next to us had two dead bolts on it not normal and insulation tubing around the door. Door looked like it had been rammed in. TV was always on and loud next door. Made us very nervous. We have stayed multiple times over the last 10 years at the resort, but this may have been our last time.
