I was “upgraded” to a different room than what I had booked because they were having computer problems. The “better” room was horrible. I am glad they didn’t charge me more for the so called upgrade but I would never book this hotel again.

Terrible, the hotel is nasty. The smell was so bad I had to leave as soon as I got my room. It smells like mold and cigarettes. Unless you are homeless, I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

Requests the baby crib never provided after one night asked again it was just thrown on the room not set up and it was not properly assembled after trying for 1 hour, Bed have cockroaches request the reception to change the bedsheets after showing the video of cockroaches wandering in bed nothing done by hotel worst hotel to stay in.

Excelente las instalaciones, el área cerca d tiendas, restaurantes, parques temáticos, etc. El desayuno fue muy rico, variado, limpio toda el área del restaurante y bufete, las enpleadas muy atentas. Lo único q encontramos fuerte es el pago del estacionamiento. De lo demás todo fue excelente! Gracias!
