The front desk attendant name Chris was the worst Ive ever encountered a. t a hotel . I checked in on December 23 and after a long day at Magic Kingdom I checked out December 24 between 11:00 -11:30 pm. I checked into another hotel. My daughter asked Chris for towels a little after we checked in. He made her wait while he passed out towels to 2 other families in her face and laughed. I went to approach him about the issue he picked up his coffee and phone and went into an office left us standing there. He came back out the office on the phone lying on me saying I was threatening him and pointing my finger at him, when he realized my daughter started recording him he asked her are you recording me and changed his story. Tell whoever I wasn’t threatening him. All I said was call the police I want my money back and God will deal with a person like you for lying on me. I begged for my money back he went all around about the boss and general managerMy sheet on my bed was dirty he gave me the sheet to change. I told him I don’t do housekeeping for a living . We waited 20 minutes to check in because of him doing a lot of unnecessary talking asking personal business. My daughters and I slept in one bed together. Chris is a racist. This hotel is old. Room smelt like sewage the next morning coming from the bathroom. I failed my family by choosing this hotel. I redeemed myself I wasn’t gone let Chris with his ignorant, lying ,nasty horrible attitude ruin my kids Christmas vacation.
