Been going there for 15 years since Sheridan no longer operates this place in the new company that is operating it is doing a terrible job. Charging a parking fee. The pool area was horrible. They used to have an adult pool now there’s kids everywhere. Will never go there again.

The security presence was comforting. Market was small but most adequate. Resort Property is very well staffed and maintained. Close to all parks, airport, shopping.

We have stayed at this property several times always with good results. Some things that were noticed in our current room is shower was outdated and rusty. Also utensils were missing in the kitchen.

Hotel room and property were great. Check in was rough. Isn’t really at 4. It starts at 4 and they just make you wait until they decide to get you a room that’s “ready”. Took almost 2 hours. Other than that would recommend

The room we had was HUGE with lots of space for our family of five which was great after long park days when everyone needed their own space and room to sleep!!
