Everything we expect from a Sheraton Resort! Well Done. Only suggestion, every computer at the front desk should be working. There should not be a line with only 3 three people working.

Absolutely love this hotel! We stayed in Key West and loved having our own pool and bar area so we didn’t have to go to the main hotel area. Great stay!

The pools and sports/recreation amenities were nice. A good variety with beautiful grounds. Free EV charging was listed as an amenity but there were only 2 available chargers and I was never able to get a spot. The rooms were nice sized and arranged well. They seemed clean, but at closer inspection, they could have been a little cleaner.

This is a big resort with many buildings. We were in building 10 and it desperately needs an update. Our unit was smelly, dirty and very worn. There was a lot of mold in the dishwasher, the shower doors were heavy glass that wouldn’t stay on the tracks and the washer/dryer was gross. Many missing utensils in the kitchen. We had 2 light bulbs that were burnt out on arrival and our keyless entry quit working. The staff was nice and quick to respond to any needs but for the price I’d expect these issues should be resolved before arrival. The main pool area could use some music playing during the day. We did enjoy the pickleball courts.

Fun in the sun 🌞

This was a spring break trip for my three teenage son's. They loved everything about being in Orlando Florida with a whole lot of sun 🌞. We all hated to go but time to face reality again. Everyone was so helpful and nice. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were like a cloud comfortable. I'm glad for the separate bathrooms, everything you needed was there no need to keep calling the desk for anything. We will be returning.

This has been our third time staying at this hotel is very convenient close to everything, excellent for families. Has two large pools one for kids and the other one for the entire family.
