We would never stay here again. There was an extremely loud beeping noise all throughout our trip. We would call several times for them to come and when they finally did it only stopped for an hour until it continued. It kept our children up all night. We would call at midnight, 3am and 5am. Every night of our trip. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had. I would never stay here again. On top of that they would not compensate for the inconvenience. No one on the property cared that we had to deal with this annoyance. Save yourself the trouble and book else where. You will thank me. Trust me.

I have been to reunion the last 3 years. This was a first time staying at the Spectrum. We were excited. The room was nice but wasn’t fully deep cleaned floors were dirty. They had them cleaned a few days later. There was construction going on in the unit next to us 4 out of the 10 days we were there. Very disappointed we were not moved or offered to move units. We got even asked to move our vehicles multiple times to accommodate the construction. We talked to staff multiple times on the issue. Upon checkout desk reported that she was going to say something to higher up’s about adjustment on the bill with all the issues. It HAS not been adjusted yet. Looked forward to the change from staying at a different area on the reunion property and left disappointed.

Really enjoyed my week-long stay at the Spectrum Resort. I stayed in one of the larger villas with 10 people and it was very spacious. The villa had a modern appearance with updated appliances. The only issue I had was the limited parking near the building I stayed in.

One night trip: with a friend and the kids.

We stayed at three bedrooms condo with patio which was very specious, clean and stylish. The area was quiet and peaceful but noises from upstairs were a bit loud; foot steps, opening and closing doors, water running and etc. The parking arrangement was not the greatest since there were only few parking spots available by each condos. Accessibility to many pools near by, it was very enjoyable especially when H2O water park tickets for two full days were included with our one night stay! It was a bonus!

The room is very big, extremely nice, but the check in starting at 4pm and waterpark closing at 6 is a complete letdown, especially since we booked it saying they were open until 10pm and only stayed 1 night specifically for the waterpark.

The two story townhouse was amazing. The surrounding areas are very nice and there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. It was also nice to be able to go to the H2O waterpark for free.

I wouldn't stay there again.

The house was nice, but there were problems. First, parking, the parking sucks and your listing is very misleading. Your listing shows homes with driveways right up to a garage door, No mention of no actual parking for each unit, no driveways, and the very limited parking close to the unit is not reserved, You have to park in the main parking lot and walk in and out. Very misleading. Second, you change the thermostat setting during the day. Bad enough that you have it locked to not being able to go below 70, some people like or need it a little colder to sleep, but it is inexcusable that you turn the temperature up during the day. We came home to 77 degrees one day, and 73 two other days. When it was 77, 78 on the second floor, we called the office, they sent over a tech who checked it out, told us it is an automated system that was controlled that front office and they had set it wrong, It took half the night to get back to 70 degrees. That is inexcusable. Your front desk gave us filthy stained towels to use at the pool. And when talking to the front desk about the parking, temperature issues, and the towels, it was always the same thing, we don’t control that, it is the HOA, the system, the laundry, always someone else’s problems. Makes it even worse when you get no responsibility, no apology, not customer service. The problems far out outweigh the quality of the house.
