Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall the hotel was good, handy location by car to theme parks, malls/outlet shopping and eating places (including McDs next door). Mini golf close by also. Plenty of onsite free self parking. Only let down was our room was missed three times by housekeeping, after a long day out at parks, to then make own room and go collect clean towels etc from reception. Not sure if housekeeping use cleaning products, but the room never smelt “fresh” after it was serviced. A few tiny cockroaches in the bathroom area and a small leak from toilet plumbing (dried up with used towels). Maintenance DID fix the bathroom sink overhead light instantly when we notified on day one. Good price for what we got. Spacious rooms, albeit a little old/outdated.

Very comfortable, clean, great staff, excellent location close to the parks and main outlets. Place is a bit outdated but we were there only to sleep so it didn’t bother us. Very good cost benefit, would return!

We were there over new years for 5 days they only clean rooms every other day and the way it went we went 5 days with out getting our room cleaned not by our choice. Kept having to ask the front desk for towels and kept having to take our trash down to the front. It was a lot better stay the last time we stayed here

The pros: The air conditioning worked, beds were decently comfortable, the staff was very nice. Great location near Disney World. Cons: The prices are extremely low for a reason. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one because the reviews describe this place as very clean, and it was not. The rugs stained our socks black and there was trash under the bed and behind the cabinets and hair in the shower. There was also significant mold (I would not recommend staying here if you have allergies).

This property was a low cost no frills hotel. Perfect location, about 15 minutes to each Disney park and Disney Springs. The bed was very comfortable and the ac unit was quick to adjust to our comfort needs from ac to the heater in the short amount of time that we were there. The area was clean. There is a large area where you can sit and eat your own breakfast or walk across the parking lot to mcdonald's. The only complaint was the cleaning staff didn't come the fourth day even though they were supposed to come every 2 days. However, when we went down to ask for towels we got exactly what we needed quickly. You'll be aware you can hear people outside the door and in rome's next door especially if they were having loud conversations.People went to bed at decent times so it wasn't a problem Overall, it was a great experience. And we would be willing to return florida, low costs stay in the Disney area.

So I didnt have any issues. Mattress was comfortable. Room could probably be updated new paint and there were some stains on walls. Now my daughter had her own room and had to ask housekeeping to get sheets changed due to urine/ blood stains. My daughter was told by the front deks pm worker " maybe sweat stains, bc people sweat here". They were changed later on. The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. Magic kingdom is a 20 min drive. Overalls ,if you are not going to be in the room all day, its an ok hotel to stay.

Room was a bit old and I was able to see a lot of work needed to be done. Seems like they need to renovate a lot as well they’re working on there parking lot. Overall staff is super friendly and courteous there wasn’t a do not disturb sign I could put but overall the stay was bearable.

Very dirty place not the actual place that’s in the pictures. I checked it and it almost sent me to the hospital as they sprayed the room with something to take the odor out did not tell me and I was allergic to it. stay away from this place.

The facilities are old. Thd front desk receptionist called Gloria was not helpful. She insisted charged me 150 US dollars for deposit for I didn’t bring my physical credit card. Even I offered my bank information and credit card number and my husband's credit card. She insisted that I booked the room so it has to be my credit card. However, the car rental company just asked my husband's credit card info for file even it was orderd by me as well on Expedia. It's not a pleasant experience of holding our 150 US dollars for 7 days before we left to Canada. We especially exchanged some Canadian dollars to US dollars for the trip expenses. We had to pay extra Exchange fee for our trip.She is a racist for sure. The male front desk receptionists are nice.
