Everything was good for two nights after a busy days at the parks, good sleep, room clean, quiet and comfortable, the only thing was the bathtub knob was old and loose (anything you can’t fix), breakfast was enough for the price.

The room was not very clean, the bathtub wouldn’t drain and left sediment in the tub. The water was brown and we refused to use it to brush our teeth. The sink took a long time to drain as well. The A/C made a loud banging sound when it kicked on, like rocks being tumbled in a dryer! The tv didn’t work properly. It would come on but every station had lines through it. The breakfast was lacking. There were a few options but it was dirty and guarded by a woman staring at everyone. It was very uncomfortable. The beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. The staff are extremely rude and completely unhelpful from the moment you walk in. The pictures online show “remodeled” rooms and bathrooms, but that’s absolutely false advertising. The room I was given looked straight out of the 70s. The door didn’t even close all the way, and the humidity inside was so bad that I literally woke up damp. The hot water didn’t work at all. Maintenance came in to “fix” it, but all he did was take the water from cold to barely lukewarm and then he didn’t even put the shower handle back on correctly, so it fell off. Don’t expect a hot shower here. The TV looked like something from the early 80s with a blurry picture that made it pointless to even turn on. On top of all that, they charged an extra $75 on top of the advertised rate and refused to honor the Expedia price I booked under. The pillows felt like sheets of paper, and the blanket may as well have been 1-ply toilet paper. This place is a polished turd, and honestly, that’s being generous. Save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away from this hotel.

The room had a very strong musty smell, and the bedding also smelled very bad. We asked the front desk to change room, and were informed that all the rooms would have the same smell. I had to look for another hotel even without being sure that my reservation had been cancelled. I contacted Expedia regarding the cancellation and the hotel authorized the cancellation in full, but Expedia only refunded a part of the total amount paid.

We chose this hotel because it said that there was a shuttle to the theme parks. We called to see what the shuttle schedule is and the person who answered the phone said the shuttle runs every hour. When we arrived we found out that the shuttle that is advertised arrives and departs from a completely different hotel. It only departs once in the morning and once in the evening. The area surrounding the hotel is not good or well lit. I have 2 kids and i did not feel safe walking with them from the parking lot to the room. There are homeless people wandering about the property in the courtyard and in the parking lot. When we got to the room we found that the tv didn't work and nobody from the hotel answered the phone despite calling 6 times from the phone in the room. The noise from the surrounding rooms was very loud. You could hear the conversations, coughs, and footsteps of guests in other rooms. It was very annoying since some of the other guests were being quite loud and there was no way to alert the front desk by phone. Overall is was a very unpleasant stay

None of the staff spoke English, and that’s not really a problem. I just feel like I would’ve been able to be accommodated a little bit more efficiently in regards to me extending my stay had someone who was fluent in English had been working and it’s more than likely the reason I didn’t go ahead and extend the day so there’s that but besides that everything was just all right, I suppose.
