Beat up place with burnt out staff, definitely not worth the price. First time I've ever gotten charged a daily maintenance fee on top of the normal room daily rate. The place was a joke.

The actual hotel does not look anything like the pictures. The hotel is in complete disrepair, they have roaches, plumbing issues and their beds are not even actual beds. They have stapled bed skirts on 2x4's to make the bottom (that is broken in parts) and then stuck a mattress on top. This is undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed out in my house.

Booked this hotel due to our flight home being canceled because of a bad snow storm. We got the double queen room for 3 nights which in the description said came with the mini fridge and microwave to keep my breast milk cold and to get a small amount of groceries. After seeing the room had nothing I was told we had to pay $30 more a night to have a pool view room to have the fridge we declined so our groceries and my milk went bad. The water was also off from 9AM to 7pm so i couldn't wash pump parts the last 2 nights during that time. The rooms were dirty and when the water did work water pressure in the shower was a small trickle. The housekeeper was really nice.

This place was a hole. I wouldn't pay $20 to stay here. We did our due diligence to check reviews and only photos and they were extremely misleading. If it qerent for the time of night we checked in, I would have left. The room was filthy and in disrepair and that theme continued throughout.

The facility was not worth $500 for the weekend. There was no microwave no refrigerator so all of our food soured. The toilet did not flush properly. I had never been so disappointed. We complained and was told they were booked to capacity and could not get another room and could not get a refund.

The front desk attendant was nice but the place is very dirty, with cockroaches , needs to be renovated/ improved.the pictures on the website doesn't reflect the real condition of the hotel.I will not recommend this hotel.

Expedia did not vet this hotel to ensure consumor safety or sanitary conditions. Many amenities advertised not on premises. Roaches on floors and bed bugs. Run around between expedia and hotel, neither taking responsibility. Will never use expedia again for there negligence in this manner.

The pictures displayed are not what they appear to be. The pool was dirty so nobody went in, the cabanas were not available for use and the area was closed off looking like a tornado ran through it, the rooms were outdated with rusty fixtures, the tv was small, the bed was uncomfortable, pillows and towels were limited, saw a few roaches and the staff was extremely rude. We stayed because it was non refundable but barely used the room if only to sleep. We were extremely disappointed all around! I would add pictures to prove my point but not sure how. FALSE ADVERTISING, DO NOT BOOK!
