Nunca había estado en un hotel tan sucio, nada servía, sábanas sucias quemadas con cigarrillos, un ruido espantoso, aire no enfriaba bien, el personal super pésimo una mala atención al cliente, nunca nos resolvieron el problema y terminamos saliendo antes de tiempo nos fuimos un día antes a otro hotel por que era imposible dormir hay ya que la cama hacía mucho ruido y estaba rota , jamás lo recomendaría a nadie

This has been the worst experience I had in a while. Hotel was dirty. AC not working Floor not clean. Furnitures very old and damage. Toilet seat damage and old… lamp not working I had to turn off the light by removing light bulb, and on. And they have overcharged my credit card over $1500 for the night.

I don't know how this property is open, maybe this property never receive any inspection. Room smell to bad, dirty 100 %, considerable damage to the walls, bathroom, closet, and most importantly, front door. I felt so unsaved that I checked out at check-in time.
