The process to pay for the rental was a DISASTER! Their mistakes triggered Fraud Alerts to my bank and I had to go through hoops to get it cleared up. There's only one parking spot for a two bedroom rental so don't have anyone visit you because they will tow your vehicle. The air condition was stuck at sixty seven degrees and could not be changed to Heat. Freezing all night! Called to have maintenance sent. NO ONE SHOWED UP for two days! The biggest headache is getting your Damage Deposit back. My wife and got a hotel room in Orlando for Valentine's Day the following weekend, and we got that deposit back before this one. After annoying them with calls and messages where no one answers their phone, they called back and said they're a company out of ARGENTINA and not the AMMOS out of Miami. Took 14 days to get my deposit back. Save yourself the headache that I went through. This rental is not worth it.
