We were on the 7th floor and more than one day of our stay the elevators did not work. Additionally after finally getting to our room in the middle of our stay (broken elevator day), the key to our room did not work. 2 days of our stay our room was not cleaned even after complaining to the front desk. After being able to meet up with the hotel manager our room was cleaned. He was nice and gave us a slight discount, but that does not make up for the lack of service by the rest of the staff. Will look for somewhere else to stay in the future.

Staff was great. Rooms were a bit worn, tired. It made them appear dingy and not clean, although I think they were. Cigarette smell filled the hallways. Not much housekeeping can do to freshen them. It's just time for a refurb.

We had a hard time getting through to the shuttle at first. Also, we are not Americans and don't have cell phone data when we travel. Why is it assumed that guests will be able to call and arrange the shuttle? Why can't it be done in advance via email.

The room was nice overall. Had a big Iron burn on the floor and the fridge had no nob to turn it on and the food we bought from Walmart went bad. I would recommend this hotel but, There staff needs refresher training on customer service...….My trip was for business!!!

mixed bag

Pros: the room was pleasant
Cons: The shuttle service did not deliver. Zoomed through without looking. I had to take a taxi!
Location: the location is fine
the room was great and the price OK but the Air conditioning too noisy and the phone not working

Need more staff.

Food was overpriced and not much of a selection. Long wait on food and beverages. Long wait on buffet items to be refilled. Accessible room not well done. Dangerously damaged shower chair. Not much room to move around room. Advertised free transportation to yje airport NOT available for those on a wheelchair. We eere on our own. Some staff not helpful at all. Management was willing and able to help. No restaurants or shops within a half mile. Not a pleasant neighborhood for a hotel.
