Very colorful, great bar and lounge area. Great location, right in the heart of Brickell. Next to Sexy Fish with loud music. Staffs are young and nice. Room very cute but very, very small. The bed is hard, we both had back problems next day. I asked for cleaning and did not show up. Fun place for a night or 2 only. We will not stay at other Citizens due to the mattress being hard.

Great stay with my son... area was perfect! Lots of options for shopping and eating. Room was small-- bathroom tiny. Great pool area. I really liked the areas to relax and lounge in the lobby area. Overall, a great place!
