Overall, the hotel had a super vibey, modern feel — definitely designed with a young, cool energy in mind. The rooms are small and minimalist, kind of Japanese capsule-style, which works fine for a couple of days or if you’re solo. My TV didn’t work during the stay, but honestly, the atmosphere and safety of the hotel made up for it. If you’re looking for a fun, trendy spot in Miami for a short stay, I’d recommend it.

This hotel was different than the traditional Hotels I am used to and I must say it was the best decision I made to try something new!!! The staff has excellent customer service and the hotel room is very modern and cozy!! The size is just perfect for solo travel. I will be booking the CitizenM hotel anywhere I travel to in future!! 10/10 ! :)

Great location. Very cute room that suited our needs. We were not a fan of the breakfast buffet. I would stay there again but would eat breakfast elsewhere as there are plenty of places to do so for the same money. Loved it overall.
