From the moment I arrived and spoke to the manager, Oscar, I felt like this was going to be a great place to stay. It didn’t disappoint with the rest of the staff being very helpful and attentive. Loved staying at the Pelican! It was right in the heart of the South Beach action and so stylish and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Will stay here again!

Ridiculously HARD Beds

Enjoyable hotel - beds are hard as rocks. I called down the evening we checked in but they could not get me a topper because house keeping was already gone. I had to sleep in a chair that was in the room. These aren’t firm beds, their boards.
