It was really nice experience to stay at Tony hotel. You can walk around and have access to all restaurants, 24 hours market and pharmacy. 2 minutes walk to beach and very nice pool on top of the roof. It's clean and quiet but don't expect 5 star hotel service but really convenient. For sure next time we will visit Tony hotel again.

The property is in close proximity to everything. However, there is only 1 elevator which takes forever every time you use it. 2 of my family members had AC issues with their rooms. I found hair in the towels in our room. The towel rack was broken.

I am not satisfied with the hotel room. The room is small, and the sink is clogged. The restroom is way too small, and I can hear noise at night when the people in the room above are moving. I am quite sure I won’t be coming to this hotel next time!

Water is only to be used for drinking right there and then, not to refill your bottle. Walls are thin so don't mind the people upstairs doing it. $25 resort fee per day is worth it if you utilize the beach chairs, umbrellas are extra but reasonable. Nice location. Outdated and rooms are small.

The staff at this property are the absolute stars! The hotel itself, not so much. The location is great and is just a one minute walk to South Beach itself. The pool area of the hotel is stunning with great views of the beach and a great pool and well stocked bar. But , it’s let down with a lack of shaded areas and large parts can be booked for guests that then take them out of use for regular hotel guests! Our room had most of the amenities you could wish for, but was definitely looking tired and a bit shabby. We had an issue with the toilet that never really worked correctly, BUT, the staff were amazing and absolutely came and fixed it promptly each time we had an issue. The walls are very thin, and we could genuinely hear EVERYTHING that was happening above/next to us! I must say again, that EVERY member of staff that we met were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, it was the condition of the building itself that really took the shine off this experience for us.

The Tony Hotel was nice overall. The only downside are the walls. They’re very thin so you can hear your neighbors. But other than that, everything is great. The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and kind.
