"My experience was not good. The room had several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The bathroom was not as clean as expected upon arrival. In addition, the shower soap dispensers were empty, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided for the entire stay. The common areas (hallways) were extremely hot and felt poorly ventilated. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. There was very little variety and the quality was poor. The orange juice machine was basically dispensing water with a slight orange flavor, which made it seem like it was either not working properly or was overly diluted. These are basic details that should be improved to provide a better guest experience. This version sounds professional, specific, and believable."

"First, We cleared Immigration @7.21PM & we waited at the designated area & didn't get pick up at the airport. I called the hotel around 8:15PM & the lady was very rude. "It's after 8 the driver would not be coming back". We spent $26.57 on Uber to get to the hotel. Two weeks before our trip, I called to ask can the hotel receive package on my behalf since we were coming from the Caribbean. (WE HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE WITH OTHER HOTELS & NEVER HAVE TO PAY A FEW) The lady said Yes. (NO MENTIONED ABOUT A PAYMENT) Upon arriving we were told $10 per packages. We went back & forth with the two front desk staff. The room was ok... Had a smell. The toilet had a leak. Breakfast was horrible. It was the same thing for the two days we stayed. All in all that place is no Quality!!!"

"The building is not maintained. There are stains on the walls and holes in the carpet. Worstly though the first room we were given had blood on the walls boogers on the lampshade and dirty sheets. Every surface is worn down. In the second room there were fewer stains on the walls but the walls were a disaster. There was bodyfluid on the bedskirta and the ac was either freezong or not working. The hallways were also full of scuffs and debris. it looked as though they've never been vacuumed."
