"Historic Hotel"
Hotel is very nice and location a little out of way from the main Miami Glitz. Staff eager to please and place was art deco. Only buts: a) bed as hard as a rock and b) with only valet parking available the combined "resort fee" of $30 per night and parking fee of $38 per night totaling of $68 per night really brings the room rates up. Not expected.

"LOVED it!"
My husband and I were looking for a 'decent' hotel on Miami Beach for a low price - had to have a pool - ideal to have free parking or at least a lower cost. We picked out a few hotels that met our criteria... and even though Monte Carlo Churchill Suites was a bit higher priced than what we wanted, it had our eyes. The photos looked beautiful and the room promised was 950 sq ft with a full kitchen and patio. We decided to splurge a bit. This place is AMAZING! Newly renovated. The staff was friendly and very helpful! The location was great - close walking distance to many restaurants and right on the beach. Free valet parking. They even had free pedal bike rentals! Free use of beach chairs and umbrellas. Two amazing pools and a hot tub. A great gym. The room itself was beautiful... huge... the bed was only a queen, but very comfortable. Full kitchen, even a washer/dryer in the room! I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Miami Beach! You won't be disappointed!

"Resort Reno should mean Reduced Resort Fee"
This is a beautiful resort, in a great location. The room was fantastic. Sadly the whole hotel was being renovated, no pool and no gym. The property was a construction site while we were there, yet we paid the full resort fee. The upstairs tiny pool was crowded, loud and murky. We had to use the gym/ change rooms in the hotel next door. I just wish we knew this before booking, so we knew what to expect, or at least got a reduced resort fee as a compensation. I am sure it will be a much greater experince once all the work is done!

"Excellent hotel and great staff"
We had an idyllic experience at the Raleigh. Not only was the staff professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, the hotel itself was perfectly situated for either lazing at their marvelous pool and excellent private beach area, or taking a walk down Collins or to the Lincoln Road Mall. The restaurant was also excellent. We were there for our anniversary and the ambiance is very romantic.
