I had a fantastic experience at the Pullman Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their genuinely friendly and attentive service. Every interaction—from check-in to housekeeping—was warm and professional, which really made a difference during my stay. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh options, both local and international, with everything beautifully presented and constantly replenished. It was the perfect way to start each day. Another standout feature was the gym, which was always open to guests. As someone who likes to work out on a flexible schedule, I really appreciated having 24/7 access. The equipment was modern, clean, and well-maintained—ideal for keeping up with fitness routines while traveling. Overall, my stay at Pullman was comfortable, enjoyable, and exceeded expectations. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and convenience with excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Quick check in, friendly front desk. Nice workout and pool area but didn’t have a chance to use it. Room needs a refresh (paint, upgrades), shower handle needs maintenance. Appreciate the free water and coffee. Lobby very inviting and beautiful view.

The hotel itself is fine, nothing special which was fine as we only stayed for one night due to a flight cancellation. I've since contacted the hotel several times to obtain a receipt for our stay for insurance purposes and they've ignored every correspondence. Very strange indeed - it would take maybe two minutes to send this to me. instead, I'll be £250 out of pocket.

The location was great and the free airport shuttle was very convenient and the view was nice. Unfortunately, the room didn’t meet expectations—beds were uncomfortable, there were no fitted sheets, and the chaise lounge had visible stains. Not the level of cleanliness I expected.

Comfortable and handy for layover

Room was very comfortable and very clean. Showing its age a little but well maintained. The airport shuttle is not reliable. They say they leave every half hour but that’s not consistent. I the shuttle past me on arrival although I waived and the driver saw me so maybe it was full but I waited 1.5 hrs before getting a taxi at 9.30pm. On my return to the airport I was waiting to leave and the driver was chatting at reception and we left 15 mins late. When I came back a week later it was a different driver and my experience was much better. Even the airport staff said it’s the worst shuttle!! This will make me think twice about booking again as travelling solo, the shuttle is a priority for me.

Like the atmosphere in the hotel. Arrived earlier than expected and there was a charge of $50 for checking in 2/3 hours before the check in time which I didn’t agree with so ended up waiting until 3:00pm. I like that they allow us to place our luggage’s in a corner and didn’t have to carry it around all the time.
