Regret choosing this hotel!
We chose Pullman based on location, price, and overall look of the pool and rooms. We booked 2 nights, and would have extended to 6 nights after seeing the room. I regretted choosing this hotel as soon as I checked in. I had to a mix of holds and charges over $650 on top of the amount already paid through Expedia. $30 parking per day + $250 pet deposit (expected). Unexpected $100 additional deposit per night and $35 per pet per night ($140) total, then add taxes. Basically over $500 per night. I could have booked a 5 star hotel for that amount out of pocket. Not worth it, and needless to say did not extend our stay. And there’s more… I had to pickup hair balls all around the room as if they never vacuumed. We had to sleep on FULL size beds with very uncomfortable pillows. Not a single doorman willing to at least hold the door. This hotel makes sense for single travelers who need to be close to the airport and have a company covering all the costs and holds. It is overall a nice hotel, but like many others who don’t take good care of the customer, it will never get repeat business, and will likely have a new name in a couple of years.
