I stayed 1 night before my cruise, I checked into my room went up. Started a video and discovered the shower handle was broken.I immediately called the front desk due to leaving a deposit a $100 per night. I didn't not want them to think that I broke in the shower handle. So I called for that, and I had a issue with the safe, the safe would not lock. The battery may have been dead, but that caused me at least over an hour Waiting for maintenance to come. Then, he had to have the IT Tech come. And then he needed help, and as soon as that person came, I was on my way to dinner. One bed was soft and comfortable. The other was sunken. The view was beautiful. I was in room 828. Looking over the swimming pool side, the view was good. The pool closes early so I did not get a chance to indulge in that which that was something I wanted to do. They don't cut the water for the overfall on until later on like During breakfast time. That was pretty much all I had to say about the hotel. It was a nice looking hotel, the breakfast was pretty much continental, we had to wait to be seated. I guess to make sure you had a ticket to even come into that area. It was okay something to eat before starting the cruise. The staff was nice and understanding quick to Respond to my needs. I would stay again just to give a 2nd chance. I did like that they had airport transportation, as well as transportation to the Cruise Terminal (Port of Miami) was where i had to go! That was through 3 party $15 per

We were told to pick up shuttle at second floor door 5 we walked from door 25 all the way there waited but no shuttle. We hade to take an Uber and then we were told that pick up was on first floor. Hotel was very noise because of the airplanes. So hotel was very expensive and they didn’t offer any breakfast.

Great hotel with friendly, attentive staff. The airport shuttle was easy to find, arrived quickly, and made getting to the property effortless. Despite it being a busy Saturday, check‑in was smooth and we barely waited. The pool by the lagoon was a lovely touch, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a lagoon‑view room. My only concern was the mattress ; it felt quite springy and worn, which affected the comfort a bit. Aside from that, we had a great stay and found this to be an excellent pre‑cruise hotel.

Room was clean, even though the facilities shows signs of wear and tear and finding parking spot was difficult. They have long term parking on site. So paid parking lot was full. I wish the pool was heated too.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff were friendly and courteous. It has a gorgeous outdoor pool overlooking the water. It’s in walking distance to Publix and places to eat although it has its own bar and restaurant. They hold your luggage if you arrive too early and they have a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The price of the room was affordable and they had two bottles of water for us in our room. There are three reasons why I would hesitate to stay there again. 1) We were given a room on the 2nd floor located after several conference rooms. Might have been in a former smoking area. The carpet reeked of stale old cigarette smoke from the 80s and there were cigarette burn marks noted in the carpet. 2) The mattresses were old and the bottom sheet did not completely cover the exposed mattress on the sides. 3) Very expensive cafè. It cost over $7 for a small bottle of Simply Lemonade. Since the hotel is close to the airport I guess they charge airport prices for food and drink. Three stars because the place gives upscale hotel vibes but the room felt more like a Motel 6. Maybe the other rooms at the hotel are really nice but cost more?

Yes. Overall it was great. The staff were friendly & helpful. The food for the 2 day meetings was great. I enjoyed d gym & d pool. Unfortunately there were no USB ports for data cables in the room. So I had to borrow plug from my colleague during the meeting
