There was a decent variety of breakfast items. Fresh fruits, hot food, it was good. My only "thumbs down" would be that there seemed to be block somewhere in the plumbing. Water took forever to go down in the bathtub and sink. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Carlos at the front desk was really nice and accommodating.

Yes, room was very clean and good space. Only thing I didn’t like was the smell like old maybe because the ac was old and loud. We could rest though. It is very good located and quiet. There is leak in the shower and sounds all the time, but we felt the sound only when we are in the bathroom. We haven’t had breakfast yet (at the time of this survey)

Based on a great previous experience at another Hyatt location, I expected something similar here, but the stay did not fully meet those expectations. The room felt quite outdated, with old-style lighting and constant noise due to its location near the ice machine. Although the air conditioning could be turned off, the fan continued running all night, which affected my sleep. Breakfast was also below expectations. The fruit did not taste fresh, and aside from the cereal, most items—including the juices—felt old. The elevator is very old, and overall, the hotel does not look like the photos. For the price, it is important to manage expectations. My intention in sharing this is simply to help other travelers make an informed decision.
