"Not as described at all. Lamp were rusty. Staff was dismissive. Checked out after giving it a day just to give them a chance because of the location. But they ride on that. Even a refund and early check out they made it hard. Not fitness room. More of a fitness closet not machine worked. Three bikes :("

"The beach view from the first floor was limited. The room had some maintenance issues (the smoke detector and one of the blinds). The breakfast included was basic but ok. The room was beautiful and very spacious."

"Wow, we truly loved our stay at the Kenmore! Everything was fantastic—it's hard to know where to start. The staff, the pool, the patio, the perfect location, and even the spacious room—especially considering it's in South Beach, Miami, housed in a beautiful Art Deco building. We really enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to coming back. It was such an incredible experience, and honestly, we're a bit sad to leave."

"I was disappointed that they didn't notify us the water sports weren't being used one of the days we were there. I wasted time waiting in line that never opened. I also thought the $50/day resort fee is excessive and not warranted especially when some of the services weren't offered. They also closed many bar areas too early in the evening. "
