While my experience at Essex was poor it was made up by accommodating my stay with a much better ending at the Clevlander hotel which i give them. 5 stars Chrissy and her best friend Trini i would recommend the Clevelander if you are looking to beach and enjoy entertainment music like myself .

Omg the staff Joel , Shirlene , and Michelle helped make my stay as pleasurable as possible they went above and beyond to make sure me and my guest needs were met !! Because of them I definitely will be back ! I stayed there a extra week because I enjoyed it so much

The room was decent nice view but no mini fridge is astounding there is space for one and they chose not to add one the room is also not in the main Clevlander hotel and there not connected but they share all amnesties service was excellent

Perfect location I love the staff the manager Joel was awesome !!! Michelle that works the Clevelander side omg she is the best too !! An I can’t forget about Shirlene !!!! We loved their professionalism an how they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best possible I definitely recommend 100000/10 !!! I will be back and soon at that !! The best 2 week hotel stay I’ve every encountered !!

This place was definitely not what I expected. The room was very. small, the bed was small too. The bathroom had drops of paint everywhere. It looks like they remodeled but put no love into it , even the fake plant in the room hadpaint all over it. There was not a mini fridge in the room. The iron was stained and it almost ruins my dress. There was not counter top in the bathroom which it left no place to set out our stuff . The blow dryer was literally falling aspart. Will not stay there again.

Property was clean and close to the beach. Expedia’s pictures vs what we actually got totally different photos showed a separate sitting area. When I asked the staff i was told it’s only available for king bed rooms. We had two queens so we didn’t have the extra space we needed.
