Steps from the beach..a nice pool with cushioned deck chairs. Breakfast on the fifth floor with a wonderful view of the ocean. Friendly and responsive staff. Great value. When a medical emergency required us to leave hours after maximum checkout time, they graciously waived any additional cost. Highly recommended.

We would stay here again, in the same room. Likes: We had one of the more expensive rooms directly facing the ocean and overlooking the pool. It was well designed and maintained and it is a treat to watch the ocean and the boardwalk at the same time. You really have a front row seat to the action. At the time of this post, your day resort fee includes 2 beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella on the beach. The staff we interacted with were gracious and generally helpful. Dislikes: We put our hands in the pool water and it was freezing so unusable. We also noticed birds bathing in it so unsure of its hygiene. Also, at time of checkout, someone else had put their drinks on our room tab so check your bill on checkout. We just noticed that there were still some charges that weren't ours so will have to rectify that with the hotel. Pro Tips: Bikes are a great way to get around - up and down the incredible oceanside boardwalk from Haulover to South Beach. Rent from Citibike Miami (at the nearby park) and find the monthly non-recurring monthly unlimited pass on the app. $35 per person for us. You can pick up and drop the bikes all over Miami Beach and Miami without having to lock them up. We used it 3-4 times per day and loved riding on the path, day and night.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility was nice and our room had a superb view of the ocean over the pool. Parking across the street was very convenient and fairly priced. We really enjoyed our stay!

We recently stayed at the hotel. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The only thing that would have made it better would be a heated pool. We pay $30 a day for service and you can’t swim. It’s way too cold. Overall I’d stay here again.
