The furniture in thevroom had humidity damage and there was dirt around the baseboards. We started to use one robe, however when we opened it, there was a long black human hair on it. Positives were the hotel has a good restaurant and the food tasty andcwell prepared."

"We love, love, love the 1 hotel in Miami. The facilities are immaculate, the staff are accommodating and friendly, we’ve always had a gorgeous room when we’ve been there. We had a very small issue with our showerhead- my husband reached out to the concierge and it was fixed immediately while we were at dinner. I had a great, very relaxing prenatal massage and enjoyed meals at all of the restaurants on the premises. If you’re in Miami and want to be on the beach in the lap of luxury, go to 1 hotel!"
