Amaru was an excellent receptionist, she was extremely courteous and very eager to assure we had an enjoyable stay. It was me & my wife’s first visit here upon finishing the last night of our 33rd anniversary weekend cruise getaway. We definitely plan on revisiting this hotel when we next visit Miami. Room was amazing and Ruby was a great host she made our stay better! Only downside is room walls are. Bit thin and you can hear noisy guests!

Room was nice, no frills, kind of like a warehouse instead of a hotel room with an ikea locker for a “dresser.” Service in the restaurant was terrible. Food was limited. We waited 20 to place our drink order, so decided to order dinner at the same time, ordered Calamari to start, 30 minutes later the waiter said our food was ready, but there was no Calamari, sorry. Then took another 10 minutes to bring the food. All we ordered were 2 three taco plates. We were there specifically for the Calamari. If we knew that upon ordering we would have gone somewhere else. Also, they charge 20% tip on every ticket, they definitely didn’t deserve 20% and certainly shouldn’t get any tip beyond that.
