"The worst check in experience ever! Staff was not helpful or accommodating when the check in was delayed due to cleaning past 4pm check in time. Expect to get in line at least twice for check in and then be assigned to a condo unit with on going loud noises coming from the A/C units surrounding outside of the window leaving us with obstruction view of all the A/C units. The light was flickering, bathroom vents were so loud and annoying and loose fixtures within the condo. What a disaster of a vacation!"
