"Overall a good experience. We had an issue with AC not working but they moved us to a different unit. Commons pool at the club house was great even though we used it only once on our day off from the parks. It’s a great choice for a family vs renting a hotel room."

"Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfy. We did have 1 issue. The steakhouse restaurant caught on fire. Never a good thing. We were not allowed in the hotel for 3 hours until it was cleared. High 90's, and we were in the park all day. Very understandable and appreciated the safety measures. What I was not happy with is we tried to get food/dinner at the swan. No restaurant would take to go orders or had any space for us. My daughter was hungry. I had to door dash which was an extra inconvenience. When I asked one of the managers I received a shrug and then she walked away from us. A voucher, offer to pay for doordash, something would have been nice. They could have done something other than a letter shoved under our door late at night that woke me up. Loved the hotel other than that."
