I've stayed here twice and each time the Heat and Air never works properly. It's either cold or hot sometimes you can put the heat on and it still blows cold air or doesn't turn on at all.

Overall the stay was good. But our suite was dirty. The floors were awful. Our feet were filthy from just walking. Gritty and dusty. We swept the floors, that took the top layer off but still dirty. The pools were nice, splash pad needs a fence. No breakfast options .

"We’ve stayed at Westgate Resorts in the past, and it’s truly a great place for the entire family. The only drawback this time was that some of the restaurants on the resort have closed. The room décor could also use a little updating, but aside from that, everything was very clean and reasonably priced. I’d personally like to give a special thank you to Sean from New York, a member of the staff who made a lasting impression on us. He was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the property. Thank you, Westgate, for helping make my husband’s birthday celebration and our stay such a memorable one! 🎉"

Pros: -Good, convenient breakfast with essentials like eggs, sausage, bagels, and cereal -Snacks and items available to purchase at any time, which was very convenient -Nice amenities including a pool, lazy river-style area, and activities like pickleball and golf -Overall a solid stay with a lot to offer Cons: -Room was very warm upon arrival and took a while to cool down -AC unit was very loud -Cleaning staff was quite loud gossiping/talking in the mornings -Shower pressure was just okay -Atmosphere didn’t always feel as upscale or relaxing as expected -Some guests’ behavior and strong odors in common areas took away from the experience Overall, it’s a solid hotel with great amenities and good food, but a few improvements in comfort and overall environment would make it even better."
