"This is an older hotel with some nice upgrades in the lobby, restaurant and pool area. The 24 hour store and Joffrey's is a great plus. Rooms are in good condition but dated a bit. The sunset section feels old and even a bit nostalgic with the outward facing doors and Florida humidity. The close proximity to Disney Springs and the available theme park shuttles are big pluses here as well. There are plenty of staff to help you get checked in or out and to help you with making plans for Disney, Universal or other attractions."
