This place may not be the nicest, but the staff are very accommodating and put customer service first. The parking is very tight I would recommend if renting a car nothing bigger then a large sedan. We had a min van and went to switch it out because of how hard it was parking in the garage.

The Royal Hawaiian is a nice resort with easy beach access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We had booked an ocean view room, however we were placed on the 4th floor so our view from the balcony was a bunch of palm trees blocking the ocean.
