We were told we would receive housekeeping room service after the third day of our stay. We never did. We asked for clean towels and it took almost two days to get. All our garbage was full and we helped the employee clean it out once we finally got towels. We ran out of toilet paper and it took awhile for someone to bring some. We paid extra with our package for a nice full Mountain View but all I got was buildings a partial view. The balcony was extremely small. The room was nothing like the pictures online. The breakfast that was served every morning was such a small selection and very disappointing. Overall I was not pleased with my stay.

Convenient 2 minute walk to the beach. Pay the extra money for the valet service because parking is a joke there. The room was ok. AC was having issues keeping up with the heat. Other than that, worth every penny.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the free gifts checking in and free usage of chairs, boogie boards, water refill stations, and towels. Valet parking was somewhat expensive. No daily room service due to Covid, but they were available and would come quickly to clean up, remove trash, and give you fresh towels when called. Overall, great stay and would definitely stay again.

morning breakfast everyday, loans on beach chairs walking to waikiki beach and abc store on ur way bus line at the corner.
