The room was in good condition, however the 10th floor smelled like sewage every time we came off the elevator. Also the construction made it so we could not have a relaxing day in our room. We had to leave to have quiet because the sound give us all headaches.

Amenities did not go well. They did not explain the benefits of resort fee. They told me I had $5 to spend so I did and then it never came off because they failed to tell me I cannot use it the day of check out. They never gave me the other stuff that was included, I had to ask. Valet was terrible. We had to wait an extensive amount of time for our car. We were late for a pre-planned activity I had ttime tickets for. I would never stay there again. for our car each time.

Good staff. Beach view was a small space between two buildings. We paid more for this room and it was misleading that we could enjoy a view of the beach. Had to contend with the birds flying on tables while eating breakfast

Warn guests about construction in hotel before they arrive or purchase a room that will be near construction. I had paid for a ocean view room, which is more expensive then other rooms. When we arrived they informed us of the construction and that we might hear it in our room. They offered us a different room that would not be near the construction, but didnt explain that it was an upgrade. They ended up discounting our room to.make up for the noise after I complained about the nuisance
